REPORTING ANALYST

Description

The Client Product Photo Studio provides compelling product imagery that elevates the Client brand vision. To accomplish this, we leverage the power of modern technologies, skill-sets and services. As part of our evolution, the Product Photo Studio is seeking an Reporting Analyst. You will work across multiple product engines, categories, and levels of leadership to support studio image operations. Qualified candidates will be technical, flexible and capable of playing well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Process focused and learn business model
  • Maintain and create standard reports
  • Input/manage data from multiple data sources for planning tools, and reporting needs
  • Manage and distribute standard reports
  • Develop and maintain documentation on role and duties associated

Qualifications / Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations role
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • 2+ years additional experience in lieu of degree
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Cognos or other reporting tools experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of photography and retouching preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be curious, fun and calm under pressure
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

GLOBAL BRAND IMAGING REPORTING ANALYST (WHQ) DSCRIPTION

You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker, proactive, and a good communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity. You must love solving logical puzzles, be comfortable with big data sets, and have a proven ability to connect the dots between different workstreams. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly image readiness reports to key stakeholders
  • Address ad-hoc requests for data where appropriate
  • Manage data from multiple data sources for planning tools, and reporting needs
  • Track and resolve reporting issues using a variety of tools
  • Work with and within several photo production workflows
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals
  • Train new people as needed on systems and processes to assist with seasonal production
  • Create, upload and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on all relevant processes
  • Assist in transitioning MS Access databases to an Enterprise solution
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2+ years additional experience in lieu of degree
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Strong experience with ETL processes and relational databases
  • Strong experience writing SQL queries
  • Proficient in Tableau, Power BI or equivalent application
  • Experience working on data migration projects
  • Proficient in data acquisition and wrangling

Strong technical reporting and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to learn new tools
