We are seeking a Transition manager / communication manager that will drive primarily the execution of our communication plan and stakeholder engagement strategy across all our portfolios. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, has the proven ability to build strong relationships, is a great communicator and has a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Execute against ED&A comms strategy
  2. Create and maintain communications plan for key stakeholders
  3. Develop and maintain brand standards to maintain a consistent comms look and feel
  4. Maintain consistency of key messages across internal comms
  5. Manage ED&A announcements
  6. Build out existing ED&A website, maintaining and adding content to make it as useful as possible to internal + external stakeholders
  7. Create and maintain an ED&A newsletter for internal  + external stakeholders
  8. Work with Product Owners and leaders to obtain, refine, and publish content relevant to internal + external stakeholders (including roadmap and value drops)
  9. Support planning, content creation, and execution of roadshows and ED&A all-hands
  10. Maintain stakeholder and distribution lists to ensure stakeholders remain in the loop with relevant updates
  11. Monitor and maintain ED&A comms mailbox

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, public relation, or related field.
  2. 4 years' experience in a transition management or communication role
  3. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Ability to communicate both verbally and in written forms with senior leaders.
  5. Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  6. Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.  Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to identify and act on solutions independently.
  7. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.
  8. Advanced-level Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency.
  9. Previous client work experience preferred.
