Job Description:The Global Retail Operations team is responsible for the operational effectiveness of our stores. We research, develop, deliver and measure the effectiveness of Global Policy, Procedures and Standards across all dimensions of our stores (Salesfloor, Stockroom, Back Office, Loss Prevention, Safety, Sustainability and Service) these foundations fuel our ability to serve consumers and athletes through our stores. You will join a fast-paced team to develop operations content to help stores, field and geography teams drive progress towards operational excellence.
We are hiring a Project Manager for a short term project to support a global sustainability project, we are developing a Global client Retail Sustainability playbook and interactive experience.
• You will be responsible for managing project plan and tracking multiple deliverables across a large number of stakeholders to ensure project is delivered on time.
• You will support the project leadership team tracking and managing expense and project related costs to ensure project stays within budget.
• You will be responsible for communicating weekly and monthly status reports out to key stakeholders to inform of project status, achievements and risks.
• You should be comfortable managing and communicating with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders.
