Marketplace Management Analyst

As the Marketplace Management Analyst, you’ll join a growing team and be responsible for implementing the Global Marketplace Management framework.  You will provide clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualization of grey market activity as well as track and log cases and investigations.  In this role you will be expected to manage multiple investigations to help support a clean marketplace.   

We are looking for a multi-tasking, self-starter candidate that is highly collaborative, able to work cross functionally, and has an entrepreneurial spirit in a rapidly changing environment.  Strong communication and analytical skills are needed along with being comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the vision, direction and culture of Marketplace Management
  2. Identify, assess and report marketplace information, statistics and trends stemming from bookings analysis and unauthorized distribution
  3. Prioritize key brand initiatives, categories and styles to aid in investigative efforts
  4. Investigate/identify problematic unauthorized sellers, trace their sources and log evidence into a case management system
  5. Present enforcement remediations in a logical and concise format to multiple stakeholders
  6. Work cross-functionally with the Client Intelligence Center (NIC), Connected Product, and Brand Protection partners to sharpen investigations, share data and best practices, and document international shipping violations
  7. Leverage technology platforms, internal and external resources, and analytical tools to create and deliver assessments for reporting purposes
  8. Coordinate and track completion of enforcement actions with Geo marketplace operations, finance and territory sales
  9. Be a creative problem solver and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  10. Act, drive and engage with a “progress over perfection” mindset and approach


  1. 4-year B.A. in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field or 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications in required
  4. Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity, logical problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
  5. Exceptional ability to analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations
  6. Strong analytical, verbal and written presentation skills
  7. Can-do attitude and history of making stuff happen independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  1. Database management, data visualization, business analytics tools (ie. Tableau, Power BI, etc), Case Management Systems, GIS and other analytic tools
  2. Experience in digital/e-commerce, understanding of the grey market and basic retail acumen
