In this role, you will: 

·        Ensuringthe team’s process evolves within organizational guidelines and standards ofpractice 

·        Mustbe able to nurture self-organizing, high performing teams through servant leadershipand mentoring

·        Maintainrelevant metrics that provide organizational visibility and team insight for continuousimprovement 

·        Encourage,support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products andprocesses 

·        Excellentcommunicator, able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, andmanagement 

·        Resolveconflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation 

·        Identifyproblems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and thenfacilitate quick resolution 

·        Mustbe able to facilitate the development process

·        Upholdas well as coach and mentor, agile values and principles as expressed in

·        theAgile Manifesto  Create a fullytransparent development process

·        Capableof being a scrum master for one to three scrum teams with a focus on guidingthe teams towards improving the way they work 

·        Facilitateagile activities and meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprintdemo and sprint reviews 

·        Assistthe team with implementing effective agile disciplinary practices

·        Supportcross-team coordination

·        Reachout to the larger company network for impediment removal

·        Supportproduct team in ensuring product backlog is groomed



·        5+years of relevant IT experience including strong understanding ofcustomer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, prioritization,estimation and capacity management 

·        Mustunderstand iterative/incremental software development

·        Advancedknowledge of agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFE and XP

·        Musthave recognized education in agile processes, certifications preferred

·        Musthave been a member of an agile team for at least 2 years

·        Ableto lead a team to make realistic and achievable delivery commitments

·        Understandagile metrics and reporting techniques

·        Experienceusing Jira to track and make visible sprint backlog work flow preferred 


·        Experiencein educating and promotion of agile engineering practices such as pairprogramming, continuous delivery, TDD, BDD and refactoring preferred
