· 2-3 years of experience working as a systems analyst and/or business analyst designing and developing process maps, workflows, system diagrams, requirements specifications, controls or other types of documentation.
· 2-3 years of experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with provide ability to build collaborative, long-term relationships with business and technology stakeholders
· Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, emergency response, continuity of operations (COOP), continuity of government (COG), and/or preparedness a plus
· Proven track record of success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure, collaborative team environment
· Strong organizational skills (multi-tasking) with the ability to self-direct and work independently with minimal direction
· Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the team, stakeholders, and organizations while delivering results
· Proven ability to define clear work plans, milestones, and schedules for your own work, and deliver expected results on time and on budget
· Consulting skills and experience a plus - ability to grasp the issue and situation, and recommend and implement a solution; to translate concepts into executable tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
