Manage Technical program initiatives for the Migration of the migration to Service Now from a legacy in-house build system for tickets, client reporting, infrastructure tracking, documentation and other features in the rollout of the Service Now product. Work with a diverse team with competing products across organization to ensure that projects are coordinated according to project management methodologies. You will play a key role on the Migration leadership team – setting a vision for the integration, working with a diverse team of talented professionals through the achievement of that vision, and advocating the vision to key stakeholders within Client Essential Job Responsibilities: • Directs the function (program and project management) within the Bank Solutions team working with Enterprise Technology strategic project, primarily responsible for oversight of Data Mapping, Development, Migration and Execution of the Migration through to Production Handover • Need to be able to quickly mobilization and gain an understanding of current project status and what is remaining to be complete to deliver to the current schedule with effective handover from build and thru production. o Drives collaboration between the various and individual business unit stakeholders regarding process, projects, and resources and manage delivery thru competing priorities. o Aligns team with corporate Client Project Management standards, processes, and templates. o Design and develop improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training to mature capabilities in service and delivery. • Effective Stakeholder management at: o Team level – o Internal Resources with Architects and Resource Managers; o Client Executives; o Management meetings and Steering Committees. • Completion of standard project deliverables to agreed quality standards for allocated projects including: o Project plan creation, including resource plan; o Governance framework and structure introduction; o Tracking against plan, budget and work estimates); o Achievement of tollgates based on program milestones; o Regular and exception reporting/escalation o Risks, issues and assumptions tracking; o Integration Test reporting and progress tracking; • Oversight and responsibility for Program Project Managers. Required Qualifications: ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS • A leader within the project management discipline, well organized and able to drive delivery efficiencies across the organizational boundaries • Capable of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work efficiently and productively without direction or guidance • Ability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, formally and informally, with a high level of confidence • Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Project & Visio • Travel potentially up to 10% of the year EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business-related field or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of previous project management, program management and/or consulting experience in a technology environment ADDITIONAL SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED •Experience with Migration to Service Now. Remedy Migration experience would also be helpful in lieu of Service Now. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification a plus
