o Be a knowledgeable, certified Lightning SFDC administrator, preferably with SFDC omni-channel and live agent experience
o Be willing to ask what the business is trying to accomplish and formulate potential solutions, not just execute on pre-existing implementation details
o Challenge the status quo by sharing your best practices and tenacity to become an expert in new functionality

o Experience with APEX development is a nice to have but not a requirement
o Primarily Service experience with some sales experience
o Live Agent experience
o Experience collaborating with application developers
