I’m not interested with candidates with predominantly tech/IT backgrounds."
I am not interested in non-local people (In person interviews only)
• The need is really skewed more to comms—I need someone who can help me with Client appropriate powerpoints, technical writing, etc., so some of the more technical EHS people in conventional industries don’t have the same appeal.
• Rejecting those that appear overqualified or have worked on organized, differently paced projects.
• There is enough lower level project work (scheduling meetings, keeping minutes, data entry) that I’m looking at people on the lower end of pay range. Too senior and too strategic may not work as well when I need someone doing the day to day catch up."
Implementing enterprise wide EHS policy, developing policies and standards and implanting enterprise wide management system.
Over 7 years of specific experience working with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies in global project delivery.
