Transition Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Every successful team at Client needs a brilliant game plan – with our plan to elevate operational excellence across the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The Strategy and Operations team works to drive increased efficiency; amplify predictability and consistency in our strategic and business planning processes; and deliver on opportunities with the biggest impact across the CAO and Client.  

As an integral part of the Global Strategy and Operations team, the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) Transition Manager will work across the global groups and functions to develop and execute a comprehensive transition management strategy, comprehensive communication and work plan and curriculum to support the deployment of the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) program.

This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsiblities:

· Develop and execute a holistic and comprehensive transition management strategy to enable successful program execution, adoption, and sustainability

· Develop a communication plan and materials for specific initiatives to generate momentum and raise awareness

· Develop the cross functional and cross geo relationships required to ensure effective program execution

· Proven presentation and facilitation skills, including high-profile, executive communications

· Update and maintain overall transition management documentation including training materials and communications to support transition and change



· Proven track record of making change stick, and driving adoption through business benefit realization

· Proven ability to influence others, at multiple levels of the organization, from entry-level employees to executives. Experience driving changes in large technology implementations or large scale process changes

· Experience acting as an internal consultant on change and transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives including engagement, communications, behavior change, readiness and training.

· Proven ability to successfully navigate and get things done within a large highly matrixed and complex organization

· Proven presentation and facilitation skills, including high-profile, executive communications

· Demonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
