Assigned a Recruiter
Once we receive your information you will be assigned a Senior Talent Consultant to walk you through the process. This will be your contact on any questions you might have. Now it’s time to Start the Assessments. We test your competence in three areas:
• Communication Assessment
• Technical Assessment
• Interview Assessment
Once you have completed and passed the assessment stage, we welcome you to the Centizen Family.

Assessing Opportunities
We review each client opportunity along with your skill set and if there is a match, we will contact you immediately to assess your interest level in the opportunity. You can be sure we have vetted the client for their readiness to move forward with a Remote Full Time Employee and their need is urgent along with the details of the position being defined. Such as pay, location, work hours, job description, project description, etc. We typically will submit our top 3 consultants to an opportunity that best match the position.
Client Engagement and Selection
Once we have submitted out top candidates to a client’s full time opportunity the client then selects the candidates, they feel are best suited for their role and set up client interviews. Once the interviews are complete and the client has assessed the best fit, you are ready for onboarding to the client.


Client Onboarding
Now that you have been selected and ready to onboard to the client. We ensure you have the proper documentation, access, tools, and resources needed to get going in your new role. Making the process smooth and seamless for both your new employer and you.
Continued Care and Support
Now that you on your way, we stay in touch with you consistently to ensure you are doing good and if there is anything we can do to support you while on assignment. We are here and we care, please reach out to your Talent Consultant for anything.
