Our team will keep you up to date on your testing and assessments along with any interviews with clients that you qualify for.

If I fail to qualify in an area of the process, is there an opportunity to re-register?2021-10-27T09:21:47+00:00

We give everyone the opportunity to reregister after they may have been disqualified the first time around. We believe everyone has a chance to improve and requalify. A waiting period may apply depending on the area in which the candidate was disqualified.

We are not a freelance or IC gig, we help our talent find jobs, longer term assignments, pay and manage our talent, provide support and benefits as needed. We stay in touch with you and the client to ensure everything is going well.

We pay our talent on terms agreed to in the contract.

Once you are on assignment, we provide you with the start, end, agreed salary, and any other details that would be addressed in our agreement.

There is no overtime pay, you may work more that 40 hours a week, but be paid on your agreed upon rate.

Am I able to market myself or do you assist in marketing talent to clients?2021-10-27T09:17:40+00:00

We will do our best to keep you working and if an assignment is ending we will begin the process of identifying new projects for you.

What can I do to prepare for the interview?2021-10-27T09:17:03+00:00

We recommend that you come prepared to discuss your test results, projects you have worked on, you daily tasks and job duties in your previous roles, what roles you are interested in and would enjoy. Any education or certifications you may have. At this point we have gotten to know you a little bit from the assessments, so this is a chance to get to know you more personally.

You should know from your Senior Talent Consultant where you are in each step of the process along the way and when they will begin to match you to the job openings and opportunities.

Are clients allowed to view our profiles online anywhere?2021-10-27T09:16:55+00:00

At this time, we will be keeping your profile up to date, it is important that you keep us informed of any updates to your resume, background or skillset that may have changed over time.

Is my profile confidential and safe with Centizen Talent Hub?2021-10-27T09:17:00+00:00

Your profile is safe in our own database and we do not share that database with any other entities. If that were to change, we would inform you of that change.

Will you be needing any documents after registering to keep on file?2021-10-27T09:00:19+00:00

We will need to gather necessary employment documentation and any certifications, etc.

Once you have registered with us, you will be matched with relevant opportunities this process can take from one to three weeks depending on the demand for your skill set. Once you are presented to the client this process should go quickly.

How long are the contracts, is there a fixed period?2021-10-27T09:00:32+00:00

The contracts are flexible although, our goal is one-year contracts or longer, this is dependent on the contract and project.

What types of contracts and agreements does the talent need to sign?2021-10-27T09:00:38+00:00

We do have NDA, Talent Agreement, and any client specific documents, and other documents as needed.

If there is a client seeking your skill set, you can share your discovery with us and we will do our best to approach the client.

Our clients and contracts are matched to the best talent. We will send you the opportunities that are a match with our clients and your skill set and you can choose from there.

Most of our clients are US based but also global in nature.

What is a typical process for finding a position with Centizen Talent Hub?2021-10-27T09:01:02+00:00

Process looks like this:
– Register or apply on Centizen Talent Hub by filling out the form
– Pass all required assessments and interview with Senior Talent Consultant
– Once you pass all assessments, you will be matched to opportunities within your skill set
– If selected by client, interview with client and pass all client specific assessments
– Begin the project or assignment

Will I be screened by the client for assessment or interview?2021-10-27T09:01:07+00:00

Most of our clients will be interviewing the talent and assessing your skill set and team fit.

What type of equipment, laptop, etc will I be provided?2021-10-27T09:01:46+00:00

You will be working on your own equipment, or at times the client may want to have you use their equipment, in which case we will facilitate.

What happens if I need to take a break or leave during my project?2021-10-27T09:02:37+00:00

We will need you to provide a notice at least a month in advance of the leave to ensure the client is ready. This is the same if you are planning to leave the project or terminate your assignment. These terms will be in your agreement.

What types of shifts will I be working?2021-10-27T09:02:33+00:00

You will be working on the client’s time schedule, depending on their time zone. Normally, an 8am to 5pm shift with weekends off. Unless, required to work outside this window, this will be discussed and agreed upon.

If there is a shift allowance, this will be agreed upon and based on policy.

You are allowed leave time and holidays this needs to be discussed with the client’s team lead and approved in advance.

Once you are working on the project, you will be communicating with the client directly.
