Description:

The Role:

The Telephony Developer will be responsible for development and support of call routing solutions for

Client contact centers globally. This person will work to deliver new ways for our agents to serve our

consumers more effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

Designing and Developing call routing solutions

Exploration and prototyping of new solutions

Partnering with architecture and tertiary teams such as Network to implement and optimize solutions

Configuration of existing call routing solution

Working with the business teams to obtain Call Flow requirements

Implementing Call Flow (IVR/Routing) requirements on Genesys Designer

Maintaining & Updating Existing Production Call flows on Genesys Designer and republishing the apps to

prod

Maintaining & Updating Business Logic on Java based Middleware integration to external services

Managing Contact Center Users

Managing & Provisioning of Contact Center Routing objects through Genesys Administrator

Working Closely with Testing team and follow up on UAT defects

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Technology or related field

Several years related experience

Familiarity with emerging technologies in the field

Experience with microservices:

design, deployment, configuration scripts, and supporting

documentation.

Deep familiarity and experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), including Salesforce’s

Service Cloud.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Google, Azure).

Experience with a DevOps Culture
