Can I upgrade or Downgrade my Plan anytime? 

You can upgrade your plan anytime. However, in order to downgrade, you must send a request to our support team. 

Who owns the Domain? 

Business owners own the domain. Should you decide to lay off your subscription, you can request a transfer of domain back to you. The transfer will be done at no extra cost. 

Can I transfer my website to another Hosting?

No. You cannot transfer the site as ZenBasket is a eCommerce platform. Even so you can transfer your domain to a different host. 

Can I configure my own domain for website?

Yes, you can.
