Centizen conducted a QA assessment, held stakeholder workshops, and developed a phased roadmap to implement automation without disrupting Agile workflows.

A modular Selenium-based framework supporting UI and API tests was built and aligned with the client’s Agile sprint structure for seamless integration.
Month 2
The framework was integrated into Jenkins and GitHub Actions, enabling automated regression testing with each build to reduce manual effort.
Month 3
Cloud-based parallel test execution was implemented via AWS, supported by automated test data generation to increase speed and coverage.
Month 4
Custom dashboards were created for real-time visibility, and QA teams were trained with full documentation and access management tools.
Month 5
Automation was expanded to include edge-case scenarios and performance baselines, fully embedding QA automation into the CI/CD lifecycle.
