Centizen collaborated with the client to gather requirements, map user journeys, and identify core pain points in the existing workflow. We defined key modules for caregiver matching, service requests, scheduling, and payment integration.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Our design team developed wireframes and interactive prototypes for a user-friendly mobile interface. Emphasis was placed on accessibility for elderly users and ease of use for caregivers.

Application Development

Centizen’s engineering team built the core mobile app using a scalable architecture. The app enabled users to request services like daily assistance, medication reminders, and errands. A smart matching algorithm was implemented to pair users with suitable caregivers based on availability, proximity, and ratings.

Geo-Tracking Integration

To ensure visit transparency, we integrated the Google Maps API, allowing real-time location tracking of caregivers. Clients receive live notifications about who is en route and their estimated time of arrival.

Payment & Messaging Modules

We integrated Stripe to facilitate secure, seamless digital payments. Visit-based billing automation and transaction logs were developed. In-app messaging and post-visit feedback modules were added to support communication and quality assurance.

Admin Portal Development
