In Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2), Centizen collaborated closely with the client’s internal teams to finalize staffing plans, define location-based hiring needs, and align on expectations. A dedicated recruitment team and a project coordinator were assigned to lead the effort.
Phase 2 (Weeks 3–10) focused on high-velocity sourcing and onboarding. Our recruiters, experienced in technology staffing, screened candidates through technical assessments and cultural fit interviews. Staffing was prioritized for critical roles such as circuit provisioning, cabling, and network setup. Centizen executed staggered hiring across 12 sites in four states to ensure smooth onboarding with no overload on facility managers.
In Phase 3 (Weeks 11–16), attention shifted to performance tracking and continuity. Weekly syncs with team leads ensured expectations were being met. We also introduced a feedback loop to fine-tune role requirements and added a backup candidate pipeline to mitigate any attrition risk.
