The Solution

The HubSpot Integration DNAapp enables seamless access to HubSpot Contact and Company data within DNA’s Intelligent User Experience (UX). Using single sign-on (SSO), the app displays relevant CRM information via a HubSpot card when users search for a person or organization in DNA.

The integration eliminated redundant system navigation, improved employee productivity, and enhanced customer interactions. Institutions can now leverage real-time CRM data to deliver personalized services efficiently and effectively.

The Solution

Month 1: Requirement Analysis and Development Start

Collaborated with Fiserv and client stakeholders to identify integration needs and define requirements for linking DNA records with HubSpot data. Designed the HubSpot card interface for intuitive display within DNA UX using Fiserv’s Communicator Open framework.

Initiated development of the SSO module for secure access to HubSpot data. Began coding the HubSpot card to display real-time information within DNA’s search functionality, focusing on seamless data integration.

Month 2: Development Completion and Testing

Finalized the SSO module and HubSpot card, ensuring accurate data mapping for real-time synchronization between DNA and HubSpot. Conducted internal code reviews to align with Fiserv’s development standards.

Performed unit and integration testing to validate SSO functionality and data accuracy. Ensured the HubSpot card correctly displayed data and resolved any minor bugs.

Month 2-3: Pilot Deployment and Full Rollout

Deployed the app in a test environment for pilot institutions via Fiserv’s AppMarket within the first half of month 2. Collected user feedback on usability, data retrieval performance, and interface responsiveness, making minor adjustments to enhance functionality.

Launched the app across all client institutions through Fiserv’s AppMarket by the end of month 3. Provided training and support for seamless adoption, ensuring compatibility with the DNAapp Management Console.
