Phase 1: Discovery & Team Onboarding (Week 1–2)
Centizen onboarded experienced QA professionals, including Test Architects, Automation Engineers, and Agile Test Leads. The team conducted a comprehensive assessment of existing QA processes, toolsets, cloud readiness, and release velocity. This phase aligned testing goals with the client’s agile delivery cycles and laid the groundwork for scalable QA transformation.
Phase 2: Cloud Test Infrastructure Setup (Month 2)
Centizen provisioned scalable cloud-based test environments using Amazon EC2 and AWS Device Farm. The QA infrastructure was integrated with Azure DevOps pipelines to enable continuous testing and seamless provisioning of test environments across multiple devices and browsers.
Phase 3: Automation Framework & CI/CD Integration (Month 3)
A custom automation framework was built using Selenium for UI testing, TestNG for orchestration, and REST Assured for API validation. These test suites were integrated into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, enabling fast feedback loops, continuous quality checks, and shift-left testing for early defect detection.
