Terms & Conditions

1. Only the first referrer for a client referral is eligible for the $3,000 Referral Fee.

2. You’ll receive a $3,000 check within 10 business days after Centizen receives payment for the placed contractor.

3. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

4. The $3,000 fee applies only to staffing services with Centizen.

5. Ensure all information on the referral form is accurate.

6. This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.

7. Recruitment agencies are not eligible.

8. Centizen reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.

A member of our referral team will contact you to facilitate payment either through a check or via ACH bank transfer.

Suitable referral opportunities include businesses seeking assistance with software development projects, companies struggling to fill IT-related positions, and organizations considering outsourcing software development to a Nearshore/Offshore provider. Referrals may only be declined if the organization is already a client or if we are already engaged in discussions with them.
