3. Access My Data

You may request a copy of the personal information Centizen holds about you. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. For example, requests submitted under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are generally fulfilled within 45 days, while requests governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are generally fulfilled within one month. Where permitted by law, these periods may be extended for complex requests.

4. Delete My Data

You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as fraud prevention, legal obligations, or contractual requirements.

5. Correct My Data

If you believe personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction.

6. Authorized Agent Requests

An authorized agent may submit a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you. We may contact you directly to verify the request before processing.

Authorized agents should use the form in Section 7(below), select No, I am an authorized agent acting on behalf of the data subject when asked, and provide their authorization details in the fields that appear.

7. Submit a Privacy Request

Use the form below to submit any privacy request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 45 days under CCPA or one month under GDPR. For complex requests, we may extend this period with notice.

To protect your personal information, Centizen may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing certain requests. Verification requirements may vary depending on the type and sensitivity of the request.

8. Non-Discrimination

Centizen will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights available under applicable privacy laws. Exercising your privacy rights will not result in denial of services, different pricing, reduced service quality, or any other form of adverse treatment except as permitted by law.
