Month 1: Discovery and Design
Collaborated with Fiserv and client stakeholders to assess operational bottlenecks and define technical requirements. Documented specifications for Single Sign-On (SSO) integration leveraging Fiserv’s Communicator Open framework. Designed a slide-out user interface to streamline access to contextual cardholder data.
Month 2: Development
Implemented the SSO module to enable secure access to Client Central. Developed the slide-out interface and real-time data mapping layers, engineered for compatibility with DNA’s .NET-based infrastructure. Introduced forward-compatible mechanisms to accommodate future DNA version upgrades and .NET architecture changes.
Month 3: Testing and Refinement
Conducted comprehensive unit testing to validate SSO authentication flows and interface responsiveness. Verified data retrieval accuracy and resolved identified bugs. Deployed the solution in a controlled test environment across select pilot institutions. Captured feedback on usability and performance to fine-tune the interface.
