Centizen deployed domain-aligned data consultants to assess the existing technology stack, customer touchpoints, and key personalization goals. Phase 2: Infrastructure Modernization & Data Integration

Centizen staffed cloud engineers and data architects to revamp the legacy infrastructure. The team implemented a hybrid-cloud architecture using AWS EMR, Apache Kafka, and Delta Lake to support batch and real-time streaming. Systems were transitioned from Hadoop to a scalable Databricks + Snowflake environment. All major data sources (POS, loyalty, mobile, reservations) were integrated into a unified pipeline to build a 360° customer view.
